Terms Of Service
We provided simple Terms Of Service, we believe that even without technical and legal knowledge we should understand general terms of cooperation. We provide Website Design Services and access to Dynamic Website Platform, which is a website platform that supports creating and maintaining Website.
1. General
Since we use our own website builder platform, all Websites designed by us REQUIRE a hosting subscription with us.
Upon submitting order and / or accessing provided by us platform you automatically agree to the terms outlined in this document.
2. Services
We provide Website design services and access to Dynamic Website Platform.
We will provide you with instructions for DNS settings with your domain registrar or request your username and password for your domain registrar in order to set it up for you, whichever you are most comfortable with. This step is essential to make your Website live. Client is responsible for all spelling and grammar check of the content.
We will use images/photos provided by you or will use images from our library or from the internet free of charge. We will only provide access to the Dynamic Website Platform after Website has been published. Any changes made by the Client that result in site damages, malfunction, and the likes, will not be a responsibility of our company. We will be able to repair the damage at an additional cost. Upon approval of submitted order we will do our best to deliver Website within 14 days from date of our approval. We will allow you to make limited number of back and forth (edits) to this site based on the information you have provided us with in the site order form and prior emails. As we understand that not all projects will be approved we reserve the right to limit our work and communication in a reasonable way.
We define an edit as a change that requires no redesign of graphics, layout or additional pages.
A change or addition is defined as any action that requires a new graphic design, change of template or layout, or additional pages.
We make no guarantees that having a Website with us will generate online traffic, top rank your Website on Google, or increase the revenue of your business.
Any of your Website's content cannot promote, conduct, or contribute to fraudulent, obscene, pornographic, spammy, deceptive, defamatory, inappropriate or illegal activities. You cannot use our platform for the sole purpose of file sharing copyrighted or uncopyrighted
material. We are not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety or intellectual property rights of or relating to any content on your Website, other than content provided by us.
3. Hosting
Since our platform is a Website builder hosted in a cloud environment, everything must be uploaded or modified through our Dynamic Website Platform. Your hosting payment must remain current with us. If your payment fails, we will send you a notice. If
you fail to update your hosting after the third notice, your Website will be deactivated. Once you published Website with us, you will have access to your Website's content on our Dynamic
Website Platform where you can make changes or updates at any time at no additional cost. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to no longer use us as your Website hosting provider and wish to keep your current Website, we will move your Website to your own account through our provider, Duda Mobile. You will then setup a hosting subscription with our provider to keep your website up.
NOTE: WEBSITES BUILT BY US CANNOT BE MOVED OFF OF THE PROVIDER PLATFORM.

4. Pricing and payments
If Client do not accept Website there is no obligation for payment to Agency and no obligation to provide Service by Agency to Client. Agency will publish your Website and transfer all created copyrights to Website after Client approval and payment for Service.
Our fees for hosting on our Dynamic Website Platform are according to our current pricelist.
You can also request us to make changes to your Website via email, phone, or live chat. The fees for Website updates are according to our current pricelist.
5. Third party Services
The Services enable you to engage, install, add and/or procure certain third party services and tools. You acknowledge and agree that regardless of the manner in which such Third Party Services may
be offered to you during our cooperation, we merely acts as an intermediary between you and such Third Party Services, and does not in any way endorse any such Third Party Services, or shall be in
any way responsible or liable with respect thereto.
6. Copyrights
Client is responsible for providing Agency with all necessary information and Assets (pictures, text, copyrights) for designing Website according to Client’s requirements. Client is responsible for copyright of all assets provided to Agency for purpose of Service.
Agency is responsible for copyrights of all content created and delivered for purpose of Website design.
7. Other
This Agreement will be governed by laws adequate to service provider headquarters.
We reserve the right to terminate our business with you.
